The only country that is also a continent, Australia is situated in the Southern Hemisphere in the south-west Pacific Ocean. New Zealand lies to the east, about a three hour flight away.

Student Visa

Student visa are granted by the Australian DIAC ( Department of immigration and citizenship ) DIAC will grant you a student visa if your course is registered or is a part of registered course on a full time basis.

Australian Education Visa involves following steps:

IELTS + Admission

Once the offer is made the student accepts the offer by paying the first semester Tuition fees after which he /she gets the COE ( confirmation of enrollment issued by the institution) .

Financial Arrangements

Along with the COE , Education Documents and correct financial Documents the student will be applying for his educational visa. The Financial documents will defer according to the institution , fees , living cost , source of funds etc..( this has to be individually discussed with the counselors )

Visa application:

Once all the relevant documents are ready Visa is filed through Australian High Commission.

Medical Check up:

You may be required to undergo health examinations as part of the visa application process.Your health examination reports are forwarded to the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (the department) for assessment to determine if you meet the health requirement. The department uses an online system known as eHealth to process your health examination results.

Visa decision:

You can expect your visas within 4 to 5 working weeks after the visa is lodged.
