The lowest ever Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) point requirement has been reached in the latest draw in Canada’s Express Entry immigration selection system. For the fourth time this year, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has set a new record low point requirement for Express Entry candidates to receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for Canadian permanent residence.
