Visa guidance, which includes mock interviews
Once the student has received an offer letter from the university/ college, we guide him in preparing the various documents required for obtaining a student’s visa. We also counsel the students for their visa interview by giving mock interview sessions.
Pre-departure briefings
This includes advice on the necessary arrangements students must make before traveling to their destination. We advise him on clothing, climate, foreign exchange, travel, airport-pickup by institutional staff etc.
Assistance in arranging airline tickets
We have an agreement with a leading travel agency, which provides tickets to our students at concessional rates. Students are welcome to make use of this service, if desired.
Forex Assistance
We have tie up with reputed forex dealers to ensure that our students get competitive exchange rates & prompt service. Foreign exchange is provided in the form of foreign currency, Traveller’s Cheque, Foreigh Currency Notes etc., as may be convenient to the students.
Post-departure assistance
Our associate take care of the initial requirements of the students. They ensure that the students are well settled abroad and adapt well to the country and the culture.
