Hi, It was a long journey of 7 month (from 1st orientation to Visa grant). Gravity have a very systematic online way of process where client is equally involved in each step. All the steps i.e Job assesement, ITA launch,VISA launch were explained properly and all queries were solved. Some problems which arised were sorted out very promptly and complaints were handled very seriously at senior levels also.
